Car registration deadlines are coming up. Assurance.Ph has listed the deadlines for those that expired during MECQ.
Vehicle Registration Deadlines for Those Affected by MECQ Lockdowns are Up
The Land Transportation Office (LTO) is reminding all drivers and vehicle owners whose vehicle registrations expired during the declaration of the Modified Enhanced Community Quarantine (MECQ) lockdown in their respective provinces, of the upcoming deadlines (of their vehicle registrations).
Knowing the deadlines is important, especially since you also need to renew your Compulsory Third Party Liability (CTPL) insurance coverage and make sure that you get your Certificate of Cover (COC).
LTO Vehicle Registration Extension Deadlines
The LTO have outlined the Extension Deadlines in the following: 1) For vehicles with plates ending in 3, the deadline is June 30, 2021 2) For vehicles with plates ending in 4, the deadline is July 31, 2021. 3) For vehicles with plates ending in 5 and 6, the deadline is August 31, 2021 4) For vehicles with plates ending in 7, the deadline is September 30, 2021
Extension Deadline for Student Permits and Licenses
Likewise, the validity of Student Permits, Driver’s Licenses, and Conductor’s Licenses that expired when the MECQ lockdown was announced have now been extended until September 30, 2021.
